About the Jello Competition

Jello, also known as jelly, is a sweet and wiggly dessert that has been enjoyed by people all over the world for over a century. The history of Jello dates back to the late 19th century, when an American carpenter named Pearle B. Wait invented a powder that, when combined with boiling water and sugar, would turn into a delicious, jiggly dessert.

Wait named his creation Jell-O and began selling it door-to-door. Over time, Jell-O became increasingly popular and was eventually purchased by the Genesee Pure Food Company, which went on to become one of the largest food companies in the world.

We're looking for Jello enthusiasts of all ages to come and show off their skills and compete for the title of Jello Champion. Whether you prefer classic fruit flavors or more creative combinations, there's a category for everyone.
